SPORTS PROGRAMS

Our Sports Strength program is specifically designed for student athletes who are serious about taking their performance to the next level. Through out the program, we periodically increase the difficulty by  increasing the reps, the duration of a rep, increasing or decreasing the weight in order to stimulate the muscles properly. During their season, we work with athletes to sharpen their athletic ability and during the offseason, we work to strengthen athletes through conditioning and endurance training. Make sure you start the season on the starting line up this year!

ADULT PROGRAMS

Whether you're looking to increase your athletic performance, improve your daily functional abilities, or simply stay active and healthy, our Prime Training offers a challenging yet supportive environment to help you reach your goals. We offer two different training programs, X-Training and Strength Training. X-Training is a multi-style energy system development program that improves muscle endurance and cardiovascular health. Functional Strength Training takes a more personalized approach and focuses on form, technique and strength development.
