Indoor Speed Training in Peoria

Get Faster This Winter
Mobility, Speed & Power

Coached speed sessions for middle and high school athletes at The Yard Peoria, Thursdays and Saturdays, November 12 through March 27.

This isn't just for sprinters. Jumpers, hurdlers, distance runners, throwers and multi-sport athletes all leave more athletic for their next season.

Every Athlete Needs Three Pillars

Mobility

Hip, ankle and shoulder range so athletes hold clean sprint and jump positions and stay healthy.

Speed

Acceleration, top-end (absolute) speed and conditioning, coached with drills that carry over to every sport.

Power

Jumps and explosive movements that build the force behind every first step.

Week 4 is test day. Every four weeks athletes run the 10 and 20 yard sprint and the broad jump, so athletes and parents see real progress.
